摘要
在对本院38个临床科室和医技科室管理教育工作情况进行调查的基础上,论述了科室经常性管理教育工作的特点,分析了科室经常性管理教育工作薄弱的表现及原因,并就加强科室经常性管理教育工作提出相应的对策。
The article describes the results of an investigation of day -to-day managerial and educational work in 38 clinical and medico -technical departments of this hospital.discusses characteristics of this work,analyses manifestations and causes of detected weaknesses.and makes proposals on how to enable management and education methods to be optimized and strengthened reliably and efficiently.
