Enhancing the Students' Interest and Improving Vocational English Teaching

目前,高职院校英语教学存在着一些问题,而高职学生有其特点:如基础不好、好奇心强、学习缺乏兴趣等,因此高职英语教学就有其特殊性。影响教学效果的因素很多,本文主要从如何提高学生的学习兴趣方面来讨论高职院校英语教学问题。

At present, there exist some problems in English teaching at the vocational colleges and the students do not have a solid foundation of English. They are curious about the new things, but show little interest in study. Therefore, these colleges have their own characteristics in English teaching. The teaching effects are influenced by many factors. This paper discusses how to raise the students＇ interest so as to improve the vocational English teaching effects.
