分析了通钢CCPP机组成套的余热锅炉(HRSG)省煤器管产生泄漏的原因,通过改变集箱角??焊缝的焊接形式及其下部止晃装置的膨胀方式,解决了泄漏的产生。

The leakage causes of a set of HRSG＇ s economizer pipe for CCPP unit of Tonghua Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd. were analyzed. Welding mode of header tank＂ s fillet weld and expansion mode of shake stopping device under the tank were changed, which had solved the problem of leakage.
