基于国际经验的通货膨胀目标制研究

On the Inflation Targeting Based on International Experiences

通货膨胀目标制是20世纪90年代开始实施的一种新型的货币政策理论，国内外学者对此新的理论框架进行了大量、深入的研究。文章选取18个实行通货膨胀目标制国家并对其实施情况进行总结分析，对多个国家多年实践经验与实施结果的进行比较。这种分析能增进人们对通货膨胀目标制的认识，以更好地为中国的宏观经济发展和货币政策目标的选择提供借鉴。

Inflation targeting is a new theory of monetary policy first implemented in 1990s. Many profound researches have been made on it by scholars both home and abroad. This paper selects 18 countries which have implemented inflation targeting and summarizes and analyzes their implementation of the theory, and compares their practical experiences and results. This kind of study can enhance people＇s awareness of inflation targeting and provides more references for determining the objectives of macro-economic development and monetary policy in China.
