齿形结扎皮桥整形术治疗环状混合痔临床观察

Clinical observation of the segmenting jugged ligation combined with skin bridge plastic operation in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨治疗环状混合痔较理想的手术方法。方法将90例环状混合痔患者随机分成2组,治疗组采用分段锯齿形结扎皮桥整形术治疗,对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术,比较2组疗效。结果治疗组治愈率(93%)与对照组(87%)比较无显著性差异,治愈时间((17.38±3.39)d)与对照组((22.92±3.02)d)比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),术后疼痛、水肿、出血、皮赘残留等方面有显著性差异。结论分段锯齿形结扎皮桥整形术治疗环状混合痔有较好的临床实用价值。

Objective： It is to explore more perfect operative methods of the treatment for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, Methods 90 cases of patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with the segmenting jugged ligation combined with skin bridge plastic operation, The control group was treated with the traditional lateral stripping medial ligation. The curative effect in the two groups was observed. Results Cure rate was 93 % in the treatment group and 87 % in the control group, Compared with each other, there was no significant difference（ P 〈0.05 ）, Healing time of the operative wound was （17.38 ± 3.39 ） days in treatment group and （22,92 ± 3.02） days in the control＇ s, Compared with each other, the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were significant differences in syndromes of postoperation such as pain, edema, hemorrhage, skin tag left and so on between the two groups（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The segmenting jugged ligation combined with skin bridge plastic operation has higher clinical practical values for the treatment for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
