干扰素治疗病毒感染伴白细胞总数减少疾病的疗效观察

Observation of the therapeutic effect of interferon on viral infection diseases with reduce of leucocyte

目的观察干扰素α1b治疗伴有白细胞总数减少的病毒感染性疾病的疗效。方法选择伴有白细胞总数减少的病毒感染性疾病患者180例,随机分为3组,A组用重组人干扰素α1b注射液治疗,B组用更昔洛韦治疗,C组用炎琥宁治疗。结果治疗组退热时间、白细胞总数升至正常时间优于B组和C组(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α1b对伴有白细胞总数减少的病毒感染性疾病的疗效优于其他抗病毒药。

Objective It is to observe the efficacy of interferon - α1b on viral infection diseases with reduce of leucocyte. Methods 180 children with viral infection diseases with reduce of leucocyte were chosen and randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A, group t3 and group C were given recombinant interferon- α1b injection, Ganciclovir and Andrographolide respectively. Results Days of febrile withdraw and days of recovery of the sum of leucocyte rising to normal in group A were shorter than that in group B and C （P 〈 0,05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of recombinant interferon- α1b on viral infection diseases with decrease of leucocyte was better than that of other anti-virus drugs.
