摘要
在Z-LiNbO_3衬底上制做了Ti扩散定向耦合电光开关阵列。把光纤固定在我们自己设计的衬底上,就做成了2×2开关。 本文讨论了三种光电开关。着重论述了Ti扩散定向耦合器的原理和交替Δβ法。在1.3μm的光波下改善了器件特性。
Diffused Ti directional coupler electro-optical switch array on Z-LiNbO3 substrate is fabricated. After fixing the optical fiber on the self-designed seat 2×2 switch is completed.Three kinds of electro-optical switch is discussed in this paper. We discuss the princi-ple of the diffused Ti directional coupler and alternating too.The performance of the device will be improved under 1.3μm lightwave.
