Taking the Advantage of Assessment and Construction of Undergraduate Teaching to Improve the Quality of Talent Cultivation

本文以河北科技大学为例,分析了当前高校面临的主要形势,提出了以本科教学评建为契机,强化学校管理,全面提高人才培养质量应采取的措施。重点论述了应突出教学的中心地位,加强教师队伍建设、教学基础平台建设、学科专业建设、学术文化建设和强化实践教育特色等问题。

By taking Hebei University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper analyses the main situation colleges and universities are faced with at present, and presents that universities should take the advantage of assessment and construction of undergraduate teaching to strengthen the management of universities and to take measures to improve the quality of talent cultivation in an allround way. It deals with the problems such as the emphasis on the central position of teaching, the strengthening of the construction of the ranks of teachers, the construction of the teaching platform, the construction of disciplines and specialty, the construction of the academic culture, and the characteristics of practice education.
