摘要
本文综合分析了独立学院生源状况及学生特点,从营造大学生思想政治教育的制度环境、健全人格的培养、引导学生学会学习、创造良好的校园文化氛围等几个方面提出独立学院教育工作者应以学生为本,因材施教,有针对性地做好学生的思想政治工作。
The paper comprehensively analyzes the affiliated college students＇ ideological and political work situation and characteristics based on students. The author elaborates deeply on how to do ideological and political work aimly from such aspects as building the environment of students＇ ideological and political education system, cultivating perfect personality, guiding students to learn to study, and establishing the good spiritual atmosphere on campus.
