Technical Discussion on Space-based Radar System for Space Surveillance

摘要 空间态势感知能力是确保国家安全和经济利益的核心能力,而空间目标监视系统是其重要的支撑。由于地基监视系统受布站条件的限制和自然环境的影响,其观测能力和精度都受到很大的限制。本文介绍了天基空间监视雷达系统的概念和当前发展状况,并进行了框架意义上的天基空间监视雷达系统设计。 Space target surveillance system supports the space situation awareness capability which is important to the national security and economy. Because the location and environment restrict the observing capability and precision of the ground-based system, the space-based radar (SBR) is a supplement for the future application. The paper introduces the conception and development of the space-based radar system for space surveillance. And it gives a kind of frame design for the space-based radar.
