摘要
制备了一种以水性氟碳乳液为基料,石墨为填料的水性导电涂料。该水性氟碳导电涂料既是一种环保型涂料,又具优异的性能。本文从石墨质量分数、分散剂、石墨粒径等方面对导电性能的影响进行考察,并给出该导电涂料的综合指标。
A waterborne conductive coatings was prepared, Which was based on conductive graphite powders as filler and fluorocarbon emulsion as binder.This coatings was an environmentally friendly conductive coatings, and it can be used under severe environments. The influence of amount of mass ratio of graphite, dispersants article size of graphite on the film performance is discussed.
