介绍了耐高温防腐涂料研制的基本原理,选择适当的树脂、颜填料,通过控制配方PVC值、固含量、密度、黏度制得双涂层耐热防腐涂料,解决了耐热后防腐这一关健性能。
A basic mechanism of preparing the title coatings is introduced. A two-layer heat resistance anticorrosive paint is prepared through a method of selecting proper resin and pigment or filler in a process of controlling PVC value, solid content, gravity and viscosity, and thus give a solution to the important property of anticorrosion after exposure to high temperature.
