摘要
采用静电模拟法研究了交流四探针法的电压场和电流场。导出了计算电场电位、电流密度和二测量探针之间电压的表达式,并依此计算了流过测量探针的电流。发现其值很小,仅占总电流的6%,应引起人们的注意。
Electrostatic simulation is introduced into the investigation on both thepotential and current fields when measuring AC conductivity by the four--probemethod. Three expressions are derived for calculating potential in electricfield, current density and the voltage between two measuring probes, respectively, thus calculating the current passing through probes.It is found that thecurrent value is only about 6% of total current and, in conclusion, attentionshould be paid to so small a value.
