摘要
目的:本文建立测定小儿氨酚黄那敏片中对乙酰氨基酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用C18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),流动相∶甲醇∶水∶冰醋酸(40∶60∶0.5),检测波长:245nm,流速1ml/min,结果:对乙酰氨基酚在0.4~2.0μg范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=1.0000,平均回收率在99.2%,RSD=0.3%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于小儿氨酚黄那敏片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定。
Objective:A RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of Paracetamol in Xiao'er Anfen Huang Namin Tablets. Methods : C18(4.6 × 250mm, 5μm)column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water and acetic acid (40 : 60 : 0.5). The detection wavelength at 245nm with flow rate of 1.0ml · min^- 1. Results:There was a good linear relationship(r= 1. 0000) when Paracetamol was between 0.4 and 2.0μg. The average recovery was 99.2% ,and RSD was 0.3% (n = 5). Conclusion:The method was simple and convenient ,accurate and feasible. It could be used in the determination of Paracetamol in Xiao'er Anfen Huang Namin Tablets.
