摘要
目的:应用《中国药典》一部(2005年版)中罗布麻叶水解产物中槲皮素的含量测定方法对不同种属的罗布麻叶进行比较。方法:采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(4.6×250mm,5μm):甲醇-0.4%磷酸(50:50)为流动相;流速1.0ml/min;检测波长360nm;柱温30℃。结果:线性范围0.14~1.12μg,相关系数0.99995,在此色谱条件下,两属三种罗布麻叶中槲皮素含量无明显差异。结论:该方法不能明显区分正品与非正品罗布麻,质量控制有待更具特征性的指标。
Objective :To compare the Luobuma leaves from different species with the determination method of Quercetin in ChP (2005 Edition). Methods:The Hypersil ODS2 column(4.6×250mm,5μm)was used at 30℃with methanol 0. 4% phosphoric acid(50 : 50)as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1. The detection wavelength was 360nm. Results:The linearity calibration cure was good in the range of 0.14-1.12μg for Quercetin and the correlation coefficient was 0. 99995. But no obvious difference was found among the Luobuma leaves from different species in the HPLC condition above mentioned. Conclusion:Such an HPLC method couldn't identify the samples from different species,and other feasible methods must continue to be found for effective quality control of Luobuma leaves.
