摘要
目的:建立测定盐酸托烷司琼含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱(4.6×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-乙腈-三乙胺(700:200:100:2);检测波长:285nm。结果:盐酸托烷司琼在1.13-124.39μg.ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论:本方法可作为盐酸托烷司琼生产过程中的质量控制标准。
Objective:An HPLC method was established for determination of Tropisetron Hydrochloride. Metbod:HPLC method was carried out with C18 column (4.6 × 250mm, 5μm) and the mobile phase of methanol-water-acetonitrile-triethylamine(700 : 200 : 100 : 2) and detected at 285nm. Results:Tropisetron Hydrochloride revealed linearity in the range of 1.13-124.39μg·ml^-1. Conclusion:This method can be used for control of the quality in the operational procedure of Tropisetron Hydrochloride.
