声光布喇格衍射偏转器的设计和制作

摘要 本文从集成光学频谱分析仪的需要出发,根据声光作用的基本原理和结论,设计了中心频率为214MC,3db带宽为50MC的布喇格衍射偏转器,重点讨论了叉指换能器的各项参数选择。并且运用了传统集成电路的制作工艺做出了声光布喇格衍射偏转器,测试了系统的频率响应特性曲线以及功率——衍射效率曲线,得到了满足设计要求的结果。 To satisfy the demand of integrated optical spectrum analyzer, the acousto-optical Bragg diffraction deflector was designed according to the principle of acousto- optics. The centre frequency of this system is 214 MC, 3db bandwith is 50MC. The concerned parameters were discussed for the interdigital transducer, which is one of the main components in this system. The system has been fabricated using the IC fabrication technology. Its frequency response and the diffraction efficiency versus input power have been measured.
