Nursing strategy of obstipation patients treated by Malone antegrage continence enema

摘要 总结运用顺行结肠灌洗技术治疗11例顽固性便秘患者的护理。术前予以肠道准备和手术知识宣教,以保证手术顺利进行。术后做好造口护理、灌洗护理、并发症护理、出院指导和随访等工作。以上措施确保了治疗效果,提高了患者的生活质量。
