摘要
建立高效液相色谱法同时测定氨酚比林注射液中对乙酰氨基酚和安替比林的含量。采用Kromasil C18柱,以甲醇-5%醋酸溶液(70:30)为流动相,检测波长为262nm,流速为1.0mL·min^-1。对乙酰氨基酚和安替比林分别在40~140μg·mL^-1(r=0.9998),48~160μg·mL^-1(r=0.9996)浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.4%和99.8%,RSD分别为0.56%和0.62%(n=5)。本法操作简便,快速、准确、重现性好,可用于氨酚比林注射液中对乙酰氨基酚和安替比林含量的同时测定。
A HPLC method was established for determination of puracetamol and aminophenazone of Paracetamol Composita Injection. An Eclipse kromasil C18 Column was used with methanol-50% acetic acid (70 : 30) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 and detecting wavelength was 262 nm. The liner relationships was good when the content of paracetamol was 20-140μg · mL^-1 (r=0. 9998) and the content of aminophenazone was 46-160μg · mL^-1 (r=0. 9996). The average recovery rate and RSD of paracetamol and aminophenazone were 100.4%, 0.56 % and 99. 8 %, 0. 620% (n = 5) respectively. The assay demonstrated that the method had adequate accuracy and selectivity to measure the concentrations of paracetamol and aminophenazone of Paracetamol Compsita Injection.
