摘要
建立芩连消痤丸中黄芩苷含量的RP-HPLC测定方法。采用Shimpack VP-ODS色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液(20∶80);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:276 nm;柱温:30℃;峰面积外标法定量。黄芩苷进样量在0.2010μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.49%,RSD为1.02%(n=6)。该方法测定样品灵敏度高,重现性好,结果准确可靠。
A method for determination of scutellarin of Qinlianxiaocuo pills was established. Shimpack VP-ODS （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） was used, mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.3% phosphric acid （20 ： 80）, flow rate was 1.0m L · min^-1, detecting was 276 nm and column temperature was 30℃. The external standard method was adopted for the assay. The linear range for scutellarin was 0. 2010μg -2. 2106 μg （r= 0. 9999）, and the average recovery rates was 99.49%, RSD= 1.02% （n= 6）. The method is good in the aspect of separable effect, reproducibility and sensitivity.
