摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定保肝胶囊中五味子乙素的含量，色谱柱：Kromasil C18柱；流动相：甲醇-水（75：25）；检测波长：224nm；流速：1．0mL·min^-1。线性范围为8．8～44．0μg·mL^-1，r=0．9996；平均回收率为98．75%，RSD为0．98％。本法简便、灵敏、准确。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of γ- Scchisandrin of Baogan Capsules. A Kromasil C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water （75 ： 25）, the detection wavelength was 224 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 m L · min^-1. The good linear range was within 8.8-44.0 μg · m L^-1 , r=0. 9996. The average recovery was 98.75% and RSD was 0.98%. The method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
