青岛开发区物流企业运作现状及对策

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Logistic Enterprises’ in Qingdao Economic Development Zone

文章指出,青岛开发区物流产业在较短时间内度过形成期而进入快速发展的成长期,物流基础设施建设和通讯网络建设步伐加快,物流产业发展潜力和发展空间非常大,但由于物流市场发育不成熟,其物流企业大都处于发展的初级阶段,规模偏小,经营运作不规范,竞争无序,难以形成联盟优势,与西方发达国家相比存在较大差距。为推进青岛开发区物流企业的发展,政府必须采取相应措施,在促进物流资源整合、建设公用物流信息平台等方面承担重要作用;而传统物流企业则应努力降低成本,提高服务质量,以取得竞争优势,获取更大的市场份额,从而发展成为现代物流企业,真正成为现代物流市场的主体。

The authors maintain that, in a comparative short period, logistic industry in Qingdao Economic Development Zone has transformed into a growth stage. As a result, quick development in construction in logistic infrastructure and communication network has been realized, and it also provides logistic industry with more opportunities. But, because logistic market is not mature enough, there are some problems with logistic enterprises, such as being at an initial stage, small scale, nonstandard operation, disorderly competition, etc. To promote development of logistics enterprises in Qingdao Economic Development Zone, the government should adopt corresponding countermeasures and play its role in promoting integration of logistic resources and constructing public logistic information flat. And the traditional logistic enterprises should work hard to reduce cost and improve service to gain competitive advantages and more market share, which in turn will help them to become modem logistic enterprises and real main body of modem logistic market.
