投资者关系价值研究

摘要 本文认为,企业处在一个由利益相关者编织而成的庞大网络之中,企业与每一个利益相关者之间的连接就是关系。文章提出,随着机构投资者的兴起及资本市场资源的短缺,投资者关系上升到了前所未有的高度。企业在声誉利益、战略利益、信任利益的驱动下进行投资者关系管理以提升投资者关系价值,即企业通过投资者关系战略获得投资者及研究机构和媒体等的信任程度。对于战略合作者、投机者、投资公众代表、潜在投资者等四种不同的投资者关系,企业可采用维持、发展、合作、培养、放弃等策略进行投资者关系价值管理。 This article reviews the literatures on relationship value, and then defines the investor relationship value and analyses its dynamic factors. Besides, according to the classification of investor relationship value, the authors suggest management strategies in investor relationship value. The objective of this article is to advise companies be relationship value orienta- tion. Drove by the interest of reputation, strategy and trust, the enterprises devote themselves to investor relation management to improve investor relation value. Enterprises should adopt different strategies as maintaining, developing, cooperating, cultivating and discarding according to different investor relations as strategic cooperator, investor and potential investor.
