高度近视有晶状体眼虹膜固定型人工晶状体植人术后超声生物显微镜观察 被引量:4

Ultrasound biomicroscopy of the iris-fixed phakic intraocular lens for high myopia

摘要 目的:通过超声生物显微镜观察国人高度近视眼内有晶状体眼虹膜固定型人工晶体的位置及其与周围组织的关系。方法:15例高度近视患者的25只眼植入有晶状体眼虹膜固定型人工晶状体,利用超声生物显微镜对术前前房深度及术后3个月时人工晶状体前表面至中央角膜内皮、人工晶状体后表面至晶状体、人工晶状体襻最远端至前房角及其光学部边缘至角膜内皮的距离进行测量。结果:术后人工晶状体前表面距中央角膜内皮(2.16±0.42)mm;人工晶状体后表面距晶状体(0.66±0.10)mm;人工晶状体襻最远端距前房角(1.51±0.35)mm;人工晶状体光学区边缘距角膜内皮(1.51±0.30)mm,并且人工晶状体稳定地固定于虹膜的中周部。结论:国人高度近视眼内有晶状体眼虹膜固定型人工晶状体位置安全可靠,与角膜内皮、前房角和晶状体均保持一有效的空间距离,人工晶状体与角膜内皮间断接触的可能性很小。 Objective To evaluate the intraocular location and anatomic relationship to other structures of the iris-fixed phakic intraocular lens(PIOL) for high myopia in Chinese eyes using ultrasound biomicroscopy(UBM). Methods Echograms of the anterior chamber were taken preoperatively and 3 months postoperatively in 25 eyes(15 cases) implanted with the Verisyse PIOL. The preoperative anterior chamber depth and the postoperative distance between the central corneal endothelium and the PIOL, between the PIOL and the lens, between the PIOL haptics and the angel of anterior chamber, between edge of the optics and the peripheral cornea. Results The mean distance between the central cornea and the anterior surface of the PIOL was (2.16 ± 0.42)mm, between the posterior surface of PIOL and the lens (0.66 ± 0.10)mm,between the distal end of haptics and the angel of anterior chamber (1.51 ±0.35)mm, between edge of the optics and the peripheral cornea (1.51 ± 0.30)mm, and the PIOL were corrected positioned on the midperipheral of the iris. Conclusions The position of the iris-fixed PIOL for high myopia was safe,adequate space is maintained between the Verisyse myopia PIOL and the corneal endothelium, angle,and crystalline lens. The possibility of intermittent contact between the PIOL edge and the cornea is small with this lens model.
