目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方骨宁口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:采用 YMC C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸(31:69)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为270 nm。结果:淫羊藿苷进样量在0.10～4.0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD 为0.79%(n=5)。结论:该法操作简便,重复性好,可用于该药的质量控制。

Objective ：To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of icariin in compound Guning oral liquid. Methods：The YMC C18 column （150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution （31 ： 69 ）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min ^- 1 and detecting wavelength was 270 nm. Results： The linearity was obtained with a ranger of 0. 10 - 4.0 μg （ r = 0. 9996）, the average recovery was 99. 8%, RSD 为 0.79% （n =5 ）. Conclusion：The method is easy and simple ,and can be used for quality control of the preparation.
