摘要
目的:研究循序渐进运动疗法对慢性疲劳综合征的效果。方法:70名患者随机分为两组,运动组和对照组。运动组进行循序渐进锻炼,对照组进行休息。记录其治疗前后睡眠时间,生活质量问卷评分,心理躯体症状问卷评分。结果:循序渐进运动能够循序渐进锻炼疗法能够有效的改善慢性疲劳综合征患者的疲劳症状,延长其睡眠时间,眼和耳,肌肉骨骼系统,神经系统的症状明显好转,生活质量得到提高。
To investigate the effects of gradual exercises on chronic fatigue syndrome, 70 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, sports group and comparison group. The sports group received gradual exercises while the comparison group rested, The sleeping thne and the scores of some scales are recorded, The gradual exercises could effectively improve patients' fatigue symptom of CFS, prolong their sleeping time, and improve the symptoms of ears and eyes, muscle and bone system, the nervous system, and the quality of life.
