阿托伐他汀钙致肝功能异常

Hepatic dysfunction induced by atorvastatin calcium

患者男,63岁。为降低总胆固醇、甘油三酯而服用阿托伐他汀钙10mg,1次/d。15d后,实验室检查示:AST和ALT分别由原35U/L升至153U/L,37U/L升高至228U/L。停用该药后,给予还原性谷胱甘肽治疗5d,AST73U/L、ALT90U/L。30d后,AST和ALT值均恢复正常。

A 63-year-old man ingested atorvastatin calcium 10rag once daily for decreasing the level of total cholesterol and triglyeerides. 15 days later, laboratory tests revealed that his AST and ALT were increased from 35U/L to 153U/L and from 37U/L to 228U/L, separately. Atorvastatin calcium was withdrawn. The patient received glutathion therapy. After 5 days of therapy, his AST and ALT were decreased to 73U/L and 90U/L, separately. Thirty days later, the levels of AST and ALT were normal.
