胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的临床应用

Clinical application of sternocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap to reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects

目的：探讨胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法：采用胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣修复16例口腔癌患者术后所致软组织缺损。供区皮肤直接拉拢缝合。结果：术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,16例胸大肌肌皮瓣全部成活,无1例发生全部或部分皮瓣坏死,移植成活率100%。患者获得满意的外观和功能。经过6个月-5年的随访,无1例肿瘤复发或远处转移。结论：胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣制备较简单,效果可靠,具有很大的灵活性,且成活率高。可用于口腔颌面部软组织缺损的修复。

OBJECTIVE： To study the clinical effect of reconstruction of oral and rnaxillofacial soft tissue defects by the sternocleidornastoid myocutaneous flap. METHODS： To applicate sternocleidomastoid myocutaneous flaps to reconstruct the soft tissue defects of 16 patients after radical operation of oral cancer. RESULTS： All the incisions healed well. All the 16 sternocleidomastoid myocutaneous flaps survived completely without total or partial necrosis, The relative satisfactory appearances and functions were achieved in all the pateints, After the patients were followed up from 6 months to 5 years without tumour relapse and metastasis. CONCLUSION： The sternocleidomas toid myocutaneous flap is simple, reliable and versatile. The survival rate of the flap is high, It is preferred for the reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects.
