Sustainable Development from the Perspective of Ruling by Administrative Law: Necessity and Path

为保持经济、社会和自然等的持续和协调发展,必须确立可持续发展理念。行政法治作为法治的核心与关键,理应积极回应、关注和引入可持续发展理念,并与之相融,从而为自然、社会和经济的可持续发展提供制度支撑与激励。可持续发展理念与行政法治的契合应是全方位的,应在行政领域的立法、执法和程序以及诉讼救济上皆有所体现。

To maintain the coordinated development between economy, society and nature, the perception of sustainable development must be established. As the pivot of law, ruling by administration law should actively correspond with and introduce the perception of sustainable development, and merge with it. In this way, it can provide system support and encouragement for the sustainable development between nature, society and economy. The merging between them should be all-sided, shown in administrative legislation, enforcement, procedure, and lawsuit.
