幽门螺杆菌检测法比较及药敏试验

ANTIMICROBIAL SUSCEPTIBILITY TEST AND COMPARING STUDY ON DETECTION OF Hp

对２７２例慢性胃病患者，采用血清抗幽门螺杆菌（Ｈｐ）抗体法检验并与胃镜活检组织Ｈｐ快速尿素酶试验同步比较，结果Ｈｐ检出率相似。对其中１３２例Ｈｐ培养阳性者进行药敏试验，结果羟氨苄青霉素最敏感，而灭滴灵不如链霉素和庆大霉素敏感。

To compare the different methods for detecting Helicobacter pylori(Hp)and test the antimicrobial susceptibility of Hp.Antibody of Hp in the sera of 272 patients with chronic gastric disease from whom gastric biopsy specimens were obtained have been detected,comparied with the results of rapid urease test simultaneously.In addition,antimicrobial susceptibility test of 132 cases among them were also studied.Results:The positive rate of rapid urease test was the highest in the patients with duodenal ulcer (84 62%),and the lowest in the pationts with gastric cancer (64 71%).The detection rates of both methods were similar.Hp was highly susceptible to amoxycillin and ,was less susceptible to metronidazole.Detection of antibody specific to Hp can be used for epidemiologic investigation or the first choice of Hp infection in place of the rapid urease test on gastric biopsy.
