摘要
应用GT-Power软件建立了BN6v87QE汽油机整机结构和燃烧仿真计算模型,利用该模型对发动机的原进气歧管部分结构参数、配气相位、空燃比和点火提前角电控参数进行了匹配计算.实验验证了该仿真计算模型的计算结果与原机有很好的一致性,在此基础上,对BN6V87QE汽油机配气相位、空燃比和点火提前角电控参数进行了优化计算,试验证明发动机的性能得到了改进.
A structural and combustion simulation of BN6V87QE gasoline engine is established based on GTPower software. And the matching for inlet manifold, valve timing, air-fuel ratio and ignition advance angle are simulated on the model. The experimental results have shown that the simulation is in good agreements with the original engine, the parameters of the BN6V87QE model is optimized and performances of the engine are improved.
