摘要
给出了一种新的铌酸锂反常声光器件的宽带设计方法,通过旋转坐标系使铌酸锂晶体o光折射率曲面同e光折射率曲面剥离.在新坐标系下通过求解铌酸锂晶体反常声光衍射的Dixon方程,得到了不同旋转角度下入射角和衍射角随超声频率变化的关系曲线,确定了铌酸锂反常声光偏转器宽带工作模式的设计参数.该方法可以通过旋转角度来控制器件的中心频率,同时可以有效地扩大器件的工作带宽.
A novel design of wide-band acousto-optic(AO) deflector is proposed. By rotating the coordinate system, the curved faces of refractive index of ordinary light and extraordinary light are not tangential in the new coordinate system. Based on this, curves of θi(f) and θd(f) under different rotating angel are systemat- ically studied and the design parameters are also determined by solving the Dixon Equation. The results show that the central frequency of the AO deflector can be controlled by the rotating angel and the AO deflector can gain wider bandwidth simultaneously.
