建立社会管理前馈-反馈复合控制机制的思考

On Establishing a Feedforward-feedback Compound Control Mechanism on Social Management

现代社会结构日趋复杂,运行日趋加快,风险越来越高,单纯依靠传统的反馈控制已经难以进行有效管理．要实现构建和谐社会的目标,必须在我国的社会管理体制中建立前馈-反馈复合控制系统,才能形成适应社会主义市场经济发展和社会结构深刻变化的,更加有效的社会管理体制。

With the growing complexity of its structure, the speeding up of its development, modem society has been taking risks of high frequency. It has become more and more difficult to carry out effective management solely on the basis of traditional feedback control. This paper thus proposes that a feedforward-feedback compound control system in China＇s social management system must be set up. Only in doing so, can the more effective management system which adapts to the development of socialist market economy and the new situation of the profound changes in social structure be built up.
