摘要 新疆哈密地区拥有丰富的煤炭和煤层气资源,煤层埋藏深度大于900m,3个煤层的隔层厚度4~10m,单个煤层厚度2~3m,煤层气产量很低,开发经济效益差。除可采用羽状水平井开采技术尝试外,煤炭地下气化开采技术具有重要现实意义。该文对国内煤炭地下气化开采和综合利用信息——气化开采原理、建气化炉技术、气化开采技术优势等进行了重点调研,阐明哈密地区煤炭地下气化开采有利基础条件,提出了项目管理和产业群发展的建议,一炉3孔重叠3通道、一炉4孔重叠3通道、一炉5孔交叉重叠6通道的建炉技术途径,有助于超前科学决策和技术创新,促使尽快建成世界上现代规模化开发示范工程项目,形成吐哈油气田新的经济增长点。 Xinjiang Hami region is abundant in coal and coal bed gas resources, with coal bed buried depth of over 900 m, single coal bed thickness from 2 m to 3 m and interlayer thickness ranging from 4 m to 10 m in three coal beds. However output of coal bed gas is low which results in poor economic benefit. On the basis of the thorough study of coal underground gasification mining, comprehensive utilization and gasifier technology at home, the favorable condition of coal underground gasification mining in Hami region is elucidated and project management and industrial cluster development suggestion are presented, which are helpful for scientific decision and technique innovation, and creation of a new economic growth point in Tuha oilfield.
