鄯善油田有杆泵采油技术探讨

摘要 鄯善油田进入中高含水期开发以来,油田地层能量下降,综合含水上升,有杆泵继续以深抽为主来提高单井产量,随着油井泵挂加深、抽油井载荷加重及油井腐蚀加剧等综合因素的影响,导致油井事故检泵频繁发生。降低事故检泵率一直是采油厂研究和攻关的重点工作。在工作中,不但强调单井基础数据库的建立与完善。还将存在问题严格剖析,并进行小改小革,从1998年开始应用各项工艺技术至今,基本解决了事故检泵率逐年增加的趋势。 Shanshan oilfield has entered into a high water- cut stage with depleting formation energy, increasing composite water cut, and the single well output is enhanced by using deep sucker pod pumping mainly. Due to factors such as increasing depth of oil well pump setting, raising load of pump wells and aggravating oil well corrosion, the accidental pump inspection of oil wells occurred frequently and reducing pump inspection rate is always an important task for the oil production plant. On the basis of analysis of present problems, the increasing trend of accidental pump inspection rate year by year has been curtailed essentially by applying various techniques since 1998.
