固井专业化管理模式

摘要 青西油田开发初期,参与固井作业的乙方服务公司数量较多,甲方管理对象庞杂、管理效率低。针对这一问题,提出了青西油田固井专业化服务的管理模式及组建专业化服务机构的构想。结合青西地区固井作业的实际情况,组建固井项目部,理顺了关系,简化了环节,强化甲方的管理监督。实践证明,青西油田推行固井专业化服务管理模式是成功的,降低了管理成本,提高了管理效率。对保证固井质量,提高固井效率也产生了积极的作用,取得了很好的效果。 The management pattern of professional cementation service and the conception of establishing professional service organization in Qingxi oilfield are proposed in view of the problems that many contractor service companies took part in the cementing operation, and the first party has to face complex management objects and improve working efficiency at the early development stage of Qingxi oilfield. According to actual situation of cementing operation in Qingxi region, a project department of cementing is established to strengthen the management and supervision of the first party, which has been proved successful with costs reduced and management efficiency improved.
