摘要
目的:探讨瘢痕疙瘩及其周边皮肤组织微循环状态。方法:应用红外线热图测定瘢痕疙瘩及其相邻皮肤、周边正常皮肤,正常切口瘢痕的温度,间接反映其局部微循环及血液灌注与回流状态。结果:正常切口瘢痕与正常皮肤红外线热图一致;瘢痕疙瘩及其相邻皮肤较外周正常皮肤温度升高(P<0.01);而瘢痕疙瘩局部温度不均,边缘区温度较高,中央区温度较低(P<0.01)。结论:瘢痕疙瘩血液灌流量较正常切口瘢痕及正常皮肤增加,瘢痕疙瘩局部微循环平衡失调。
Objective: To study microcirculation of keloids and their peripheral skin. Method: Nineteen Keloids and ten normal incisional scar infrared thermograms were scanned; local, regional skin temperature was obtained using an image processing system.Results: The infrared thermo-grams of normal incisional scar were the same as that of their peripheral skin, there was an increase in skin temperature at adjacent area of keloids(P<0.01). There was higher temperature in the periphery and lower temperature in the center of the keloid (P<0.01). Conclusion: There is an increase in blood perfusion of keloids than that of normal incisional scar,and it shows an unbalanced microcirculation of keloids.
