摘要
人力资源是组织生命力的基础。在影响公共部门生产力的诸多要素中,人力资源是公共部门首要的因素。尽管目前公务员报考火热,但是政府部门人才流失的现象仍然不能忽视。分析了政府部门人才流失的原因,并提出了防止人才流失的相关对策。
Vitality of organization bases on human resource. In the many main factors influencing public section productivities, the human resource is the most initial factor. Though the public official register for examination is very hot, the brain drain phenomenon still can't neglect. This text analyzes the cause of the brain drain in government section, and proposes the related countermeasure on preventing the brain drain.
