作为新建的本科院校,如何发展,才能立于不败之地。分别从师资队伍建设、专业建设、教学质量提高和科研工作开展等方面阐述,采取切实有力措施,加强本科教育,培养创新人才,提高学校竞争力。
As a newborn undergraduate college, how to advance to base self on sure ground. This paper expounded from construction of teachers, building special field, improving quality of teaching and scientific research, took the practical powerful measure to strengthen the undergraduate education, train the talent and improve school competition.
