腔镜辅助下保留乳头乳腺癌改良根治术的探讨

Primary Studies on Endoscope-Assisted Modified Radical Mastectomy with Preservation of the Nipple for Breast Cancer Patients

目的:探讨腔镜辅助下保留乳头乳腺癌改良根治术的方法和疗效。方法:2004年9月～2006年4月,对24例患者行腔镜辅助下保留乳头乳腺癌改良根治术。结果:24例患者无明显手术并发症,且美容效果良好。术后随访时间最长18.6个月,中位平均随访时间为9.2个月,全组无局部复发和远处转移。结论:腔镜辅助下保留乳头乳腺癌改良根治术可作为早期乳腺癌手术治疗的选择术式。

Objective： To appraise the method and curative effects of endoscope-assisted modified radical masteetomy with preservation of the nipple for breast cancer patients. Methods： Twenty-four patients with breast cancer received endoscope-assisted modified radical mastectomy with preservation of the nipple during the period from September 2004 to April 2006. Results： No obvious complication was found in any patient and cosmetic results were good. Neither local recurrence nor distant metastasis was observed in the group. The longest follow-up period was 18.6 months and the median was 9.2 months. Conclusion： The endoscope-assisted modified radical mastectomy with preservation of the nipple is recommended for treatment of early breast cancer patients.
