非小细胞肺癌VEGF和IGF-1R表达与放射敏感相关性的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 放射治疗对于无手术适应证肺癌患者的预后起着非常重要的作用,因此如何提高肺癌放射敏感性是一个值得深入探讨的问题。影响肿瘤放射敏感性的因素很多,本实验选择反应肿瘤血管生成的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和反应细胞生长增殖的胰岛素样生长因子1受体(IGF-1R),
