智能旋涡流量计在重庆气矿中小流量计量中运用广泛。针对该类型仪表存在的问题,从抗压力波动、起步流量、安装工艺流程及设计选型等方面进行了深入分析,总结出了相应的解决措施。并对该仪表小流量测量误差做了对比试验研究,提出了优选建议。

An intelligent swirl flowmeter is applied to the medium and small flow measurement of Chongqing gas mine.According to existing problem of the flowmeter,its many aspects are evaluated thoroughly,including the pressure fluctuation,start gas flow,Installment technology,type selection design and so on.Corresponding solving measures are obtained.Optimum suggestions are proposed by comparing trials and studies on the errors of small flow measurement.
