摘要
欧盟RoHS条例的实施使以锡铅SMT技术为电子组装方式的石油仪器面临新的挑战。文章从电子组装的基本要求出发,分析无铅SMT技术与锡铅SMT技术的主要差异,阐述在无铅SMT技术中如何对焊料、元器件、印制板、设备及工艺参数进行优化控制以确保石油仪器产品的可靠性。
With RoHS of the European Union coming into effect,petroleum instruments by tin-lead SMT faced with the new challenge.This paper introduces the difference between Lead-free SMT and Tin-lead SMT,and describes how to control process,including solder,components,PCB,equipments and technics parameters to guarantee petroleum instruments reliability.
