摘要
井眼轨道自动控制技术已经成为当今钻井技术研究的热点,其关键技术之一是地面和井下的信息传输问题。文章介绍了钻井现场物理构成,进而提出计算机控制下行通讯控制机理,设计了类似井场循环的室内实验平台、控制系统硬件及软件模块,并以实验平台为基础进行计算机控制下行通讯方法研究。实验结果表明运用计算机发送下行信息,井下解码软件能正确解码。该研究结果将对井眼轨迹自动控制系统设计及实现具有参考价值。
The automatic control technology of well trajectory has become hot point in the drilling technique,one of key technology is the information transmission between surface system and down-hole system.Field drilling system is introduced,and the mechanism of downlink communication controlled by computer is described.An equipment system similar to field drilling system is established in a laboratory,and the control system is also formed and the soft module is designed in the same time.Based on the equipment,some experiment executed by computer and research work has been done.test results show that the decode software can correctly decode signals,and the method for downlink communication under computer control Is viable.The result provides some reference value for the design and realization of well trajectory automatic control system.
