缺血再灌流对脑线粒体磷脂、游离脂肪酸和呼吸的影响 被引量:8

摘要 本文利用大鼠全脑缺血及再灌流动物模型,动态观察了脑线粒体膜磷脂、游离脂肪酸和呼吸功能的变化。脑缺血期,膜磷脂含量降低,游离脂肪酸含量增加,呼吸功能明显降低。再灌流期,膜磷脂进一步降解,游离脂肪酸含量升高,呼吸功能的减弱与膜磷脂减少、游离脂肪酸积蓄有关。 This paper reviews the recent developments in the enantioselective synthesis of isoquinoline alkaloids including the enantioselective modification of the traditional methods such as the Pictet Spengler condensation,the Pomeranz Fritsch cyclization, the Bischler Napieralski enantioselective reduction,as well as the modern C C connective approach . The changes of the membrane phospholipids of cerebral mitochondria the accumulation of free fatty acid and the function of mitochondrial respiration were progressively observed on the model of postischemically reperfused rats,and the mechanism may be probably happened was analysed. It was found that when the brain was in ischemia for 29 minutes the content of the mitochondrial membrane phospholipids were decreased,while the respiratory function was obviously weakened.The results indicated that the weakening of the respiratory function of the cerebral mitochondria was connected with the content of phosphotidylethanol of free fatty acid .
