摘要
自古以来,海产品就是人类重要的生活资源,中国古代的近海居民一直在对海洋产品进行开发和利用,其中对海产贝类的开发投入了极大的精力。经过一代又一代的努力,取得了显著的成果。本文选择了蛤蜊、牡蛎、淡菜、车螯、海月、石蜐这六种海产贝类为重点,以此探讨古代海产品的开发、加工及其食用情况。
Since the ancient times, the marine products have been human important life resources. In ancient China, offshore inhabitants were engaged in development and use of sea product, and invested huge energy to the marine product shellfish's development. After generations of endeavor, remarkable result was yielded. This article chooses six kinds of marine product shellfishes-clam, oyster, mussel, Che Ao, placenta and Shi jie, discusses the development, processing and utilization of marine products in ancient times
