疏肝饮对避水应激大鼠排便与胃肠激素的影响

Effect of Shuganyin Decoction on the Change of Irregular Defecation and Gastrointestinal Hormones in Water-avoidance Stress Model Rats.

目的研究疏肝饮对避水应激大鼠模型排便和胃肠激素的影响，并从胃肠激素的角度探讨疏肝饮可能的作用途径。方法28只Wistar大鼠（200±20）g随机分成4组：正常组、模型组、中药组和对照组。分别予相应药物灌胃3d。第3天急性避水应激刺激1h。观察大鼠排便情况和血浆、结肠组织中胃肠激素（VIP、SP）的含量变化。结果动物实验显示，模型组大鼠血浆和结肠组织中VIP、SP与正常组对照明显升高（P〈0．05），疏肝饮可以显著改善大鼠腹泻症状。降低业已升高的VIP、SP含量，与得舒特组对照无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论疏肝饮可以有效改善腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠模型的排便症状，还可有效降低血浆和结肠组织中VIP、SP的含量，提示疏肝饮可能是通过调控紊乱的胃肠激素分泌、释放来达到治疗目的.

Objective To study the effect of Shuganyin decoction on water-avoidance stress model rats, try to research its mechanism of treatment.Methods 28 Wistar rats（200±20）g were divided randomly into 4 groups： normal group, model group, herb group and Dicetel group. The latter 3 groups of rats were administered with physiological saline, herb and Dicetel individually for 3 days, on the third day given acute water-avoidance stress, to establish similar model of D-IBS. Complexion of defecation in each group was observed. Concentrations of gastrointestinal hormones （VIP, SP） in plasma and intestinal tissue were tested. Results The animal experimental study showed that the concentrations of VIP and SP in plasma and intestinal tissue in model group rats were higher than those of normal group rats （P〈0.05）, Shuganyin decoction could improve the symptom of irregular defecation in rats, lower the elevated concentration of VIP and SP, there was not statistical significance （P 〉0.05） between Shuganyin group and Dicetel group.Conclusion Shuganyin decoction is able to treat effectively water-avoidance stress model rats probably by means of adjusting the disordered secretion and release patterns of gastrointestinal hormones.
