锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位体会

目的对锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位进行初步探讨。方法对我院2003年3月～2005年9月19例锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位病例进行回顾总结，术后随访4个月～2年零6个月，平均16个月。结果术后6周功能恢复基本正常。X线片示平均骨折愈合时间约12周。结论锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位，疗效确切，有重要的实用价值。

Objective To evaluate the treatment for fracture of distal clavicle and dislocation of shoulder clavicle joint by clavicle hook plate. Methods Volunteer sample of 19 patients, treated with clavicle hook plate in our hospital from March 2003 to september 2005.followed up from 4 months to 30 months,average 16 months,Results The function of shoulder joint resumed until 6 weeks and X-ray examination showed time of fracture heal was 12 weeks, Conclusion Clavicle hook plate, is an effective method for fracture of distal clavicle and dislocation of shoulder clavicle joint,
