分析了图书馆与知识转移的关系,详细探讨了图书馆知识转移的目标、作用、主要影响因素,并从知识转移的角度提出图书馆服务存在的主要问题。
This paper analyzes on the relation between the library and the knowledge transfer, probes into the targets, functions and main influencing factors of library＇s knowledge transfer, and advances some problems existing in the library service from the angle of the knowledge transfer.
