Considerations about the Mandatory Bidding System Carried out by the Library of Quanzhou Teachers College

以近期泉州师范学院图书馆图书采购招标为实例,分析了图书采购招标应遵循的原则及招标评分标准,阐述了图书供应商在图书采购和图书编目加工两方面的履约要求,提出了实行图书招标所要注意的一些问题。

Taking the current mandatory bidding system carried out by the library of Quanzhou Teachers College as the example, this paper analyzes on the principles and evaluation standards of the mandatory bidding system, expounds the performance requirements for the book-suppliers in aspects of the books acquisitioning and books cataloging and processing, and puts forward some problems needing attention in carrying out the mandatory bidding system.
